Every occasion to spend some time in nature is a special blessing. I found a nice place next to the river which flows from the mountains. The timing was perfect to balance a few rocks. It took me a while, and it felt almost painful, but eventually, I managed to use a few sharp-edged stones. The light from the sun made the whole scene beautiful.

While trying to balance this sharp-cornered rock, it fell several times, becoming sharper and sharper, making itself harder to balance.

While I was sitting there, expecting it to fall again at any moment, the Sun was going down, and I managed to take a few pictures.

The lesson? Perseverance. ✨

🇬🇧 I feel special gratitude for receiving the 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 award from my colleagues and friends at the Rotary e-Club del Mediterráneo. Being proposed as a PHF was a beautiful and unexpected surprise that filled my heart with joy. I reiterate my desire to serve those in need, to improve the society we are part of, and together, with God's help, 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥.

🇪🇸 Siento una gratitud especial por recibir el premio 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 de parte de mis compañeros y amigos del Rotary e-Club del Mediterráneo. I feel truly grateful for the experiences I had this winter. It was amazing to cycle from Romania to Italy and spend a few months primarily in Croatia, but also in Poland, Austria, and Italy. 🚵‍♂️🤍

God sent lovely people into my life, opening opportunities to serve better people around us. While saying m̶y̶ g̶o̶o̶d̶b̶y̶e̶s̶ "see you later" to @the_poropat_family was very difficult, I am sure we will have new projects together. 🎶😇

Today is World #RareDiseaseDay, and my prayer intention is for people fighting such a condition. 🙏

I have read the story of an 8-year-old girl struggling with Costello syndrome — a rare genetic condition causing several problems (premature aging, heart issues, etc.) — and how much she needs daily rehabilitation. Seeing her smile was so inspiring. ✨

The story of a Romanian programmer came to my mind too. He struggled with E. B. — a rare disorder causing the skin to become very fragile. Mihai had an enormous contribution to Firefox Devtools. In his memory, Firefox has the Devtools function 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚘𝚕𝚎.𝚖𝚒𝚑𝚊𝚒().

Most of us do not have such a fight. That's why these diseases are called 𝘳𝘢𝘳𝘦. So, be grateful for what you have, show compassion to people around you, pray for those who hurt you, and whenever it is possible, help financially as well. 🤍

Last week, during my stay in Poland, among other exciting things, I visited the Cathedral of Katowice, meeting the titular organist — Krzysztof Karol Kaganiec.

He is the longest-serving organist at the Katowice Cathedral (more than 50 years, playing almost every day!) and is such an amazing human being. We spent some time exploring the pipe organ and playing together. 🎶
